In order to fully use our service, the following conditions must be fully read and accepted:

§ 1 Picture :: Reflex offers visitors the opportunity to upload their favorite pictures completely for free. Any changes are possible without notice. Every user accepts these rules by uploading pictures or using the site.

§ 2 Pornographic, illegal and racist images that violate german and european law, violate the privacy rights of others and attack people are absolutely prohibited! These pictures are deleted immediately after we becoming aware of them. We are not obliged to check and view all pictures before you uploading them.

§ 3 Since the service is completely free, there are no obligations on our part towards users of the site. We are in no way liable for the failure of our site or errors that arise with it. Picture :: Reflex endeavors to ensure that the services are always available.

§ 4 It is strictly forbidden to hit our script with inquiries about flooding or other ways to slow down or even shut down our site. We will report such cases to law instances and charge for any losses.

§ 5 Uploaded images will not be reviewed or censored in any way before they are ready to be viewed. Each user is responsible for his own uploaded pictures and must have the necessary rights to upload them. The IP is assigned to the uploaded image and been saved.

§ 6 All uploaded pictures on Picture :: Reflex are not from us. We are therefore not liable for any images uploaded by other people here. Images that violate the law will be deleted immediately after we take notice.

§ 7 If an order from the competent authority has been issued by an investigating authority, we will release data in individual cases. This affects the used IP, the storage location and the exact time of upload. If there was an account at that time being used, the account name will also be released.

§ 8 Due to the high level of awareness in forums and blogs in which users embed their pictures, we assume no liability for damage or visual losses that may result from the fact that our service may not be available.
